Very much looking forward to the landlords birthday party on Friday night! I think it is a very generous gesture to have a FREE bar all night! Can't wait.....

Thank you so much for the delicious meals we had after visiting the area for a remembrance service. You were all extremely welcoming. A special mention must go to the superb waitresses. A special mention to the lady with the new fringe and perfect eyebrows(and possibly now red hair) who kept her calm in the face of a truly rude and awkward customer.

Well where do you start..? Whilst working in the area for 9 weeks we spent every evening in the fantastic company of Pete, siobhan, kim, sarah and lauren. EVERY meal we had was served to the highest standard and tasted lovely.Whilst my time spent there has came to an end I hope to be in the area shortly and re-visit this fine establishement... If good food and warm welcome are what you after then VISIT THE LANGLEY TAP...!!!!

Lovely food and a genuine warm atmosphere greeted myself and my disabled parents when we arrived for dinner. Go with the lamb shank everytime so much juicy gravy it made my whole week! Mum and Dad had Cod and a sherry and the best evening in a while. Great feedback

My family and I booked a table for my mothers birthday on a Monday and we all had a lovely dining experience at The Tap, the food was lovely and staff friendly and for a Monday evening the pub still had a lot of atmosphere. I would recomend this pub to anyone looking for good food at a valuable price.

Had a great meal deal at the Langley Tap. Enjoyed the outdoor event with Boys from County Hell. The pub dog has a lot of character and one of my daughters dolly's. Book to avoid dissapointment. Eat to enjoy

Best 6x beer in the country, warm welcome from Peter, the Landlord and Siobhan at the Bar. Great atmosphere and very supportive of village events, particularly the Village Fete at 12 noon on Saturday 25th June 2011. My cocker spaniel Amber gets a warm welcome too.

Found the food here to be the best we have ever had. All five of us agreed the welcome great, the atmosphere superb and the meals amazing! Came down to see Bath and stayed near-by. The Langley Tap was very close so we gave it a go and we had a brilliant evening. Many thanks from the Weaver family.

Having spent another 2 weeks in Kington Langley (Plough Lane caravan site, our favourite place!) we enjoyed several enjoyable evenings at The Langley Tap, one of them being Daz's 40th Birthday. The welcome, staff and atmosphere was brilliant as always, and the food was excellent, we will certainly be back again next year! Keep up the good work! Best Wishes, Andrea

Probably is the best food in Wiltshire! Missus Rocketblast and I - (known know as Jack Ringer the Devon Town Crier) visited this lovely hostelry a few weeks ago. We even recognised a face or two working here! The food was much better than the one in Bath that stated they had "probably the best food in the world" but Reg is sober these days and his taste buds have returned. Splendid time Jack and Elizabeth Ringer (probably the most amusing Town Crier in Plymouth) ;)

Spent an enjoyable saturday night here with my partner. Good meal and cosy atmosphere in Restaurant area off to right of bar. We have met friend of ours here from the Lifestyle and a number of country lanes nearby are perfect for after dinner excercise. Enjoy

I write to thank the team at the Tap for a wonderful meal on Mothers Day. The whole family said how much they enjoyed the day. We note with some dissapointment the comments placed regarding slap a ginger day, both our children have ginger hair and are the victims of bullying at school. Please remember this is a public forum.

As you will be aware Tuesday 16 March was "National Slap a Ginger Day" and I was disapointed that the Tap missed the opportunity to celebrate the event as I feel it would have been very popular. May I suggest that you look at including it in your diary for next year and if so please reserve a table of 40 for the people I know would like to participate.

We have been to the Tap a few times and our most recent visit was for our family Christmas dinner. Sylvia will not eat meat although I am a fan. Sylvia is also Gluten Intolerant. The big chap cooking was happy to accommodate as long as we pre-ordered. Good night was had by all.
